Questions we get a lot.
How does billing work?
You're billed monthly or annually in AUD via Stripe. Prices shown in other currencies are approximate conversions — the final charge is in AUD. You can cancel or change plans any time from the billing page.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan has no time limit. Paid plans can be tested by upgrading and cancelling before the next billing date — you keep access until the period ends.
What counts as an asset?
Anything you register: laptops, desktops, mobiles, network gear, servers, software entitlements, cloud accounts. Archived and disposed records don't count toward your active asset limit.
How do AI credits work?
AI credits are a weekly budget shared across all AI features (ingestion, analysis, search). The budget resets every 7 days. Unused credits don't roll over.
Do you offer educational, non-profit, or volume discounts?
Yes. Contact us for educational and non-profit pricing, or for committed-volume pricing on Business and Enterprise. Most multi-year contracts ship with significant discounts.
Can we self-host?
On-prem and VPC deployments are available on Enterprise plans. Most customers run on our managed cloud — but we know some industries can't.
What about SSO and SCIM?
SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning are included on Enterprise. We provide a security review pack on request.
