WORLD ASSET REGISTER End User Licence Agreement

Terms and conditions for individual Authorised Users accessing and using WORLD ASSET REGISTER.

This WORLD ASSET REGISTER End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") sets the terms for individual Authorised Users accessing and using WORLD ASSET REGISTER.

1. Introduction

This Agreement applies to your use of the WORLD ASSET REGISTER platform. By using WORLD ASSET REGISTER, you acknowledge and agree that you will comply with the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed and exit WORLD ASSET REGISTER immediately.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revokable license to use the WORLD ASSET REGISTER according to the terms set out in this Agreement. Your license and use of WORLD ASSET REGISTER is subject to payment of the any required Fees.

3. Use and Access

You may access and use WORLD ASSET REGISTER if you have been nominated as an Authorised User. Your access and use of WORLD ASSET REGISTER may be subject to certain permissions or restrictions.

You may not permit other individuals to use WORLD ASSET REGISTER, except under the terms of this Agreement.

Unless otherwise required by law, we are not responsible for any other third party application that you may obtain or connect to WORLD ASSET REGISTER. If you install or enable any other third party application for use with WORLD ASSET REGISTER, you consent to us allowing the other application to access your data as required to enable WORLD ASSET REGISTER and the other third party application to operate together. Any exchange of data or other interaction between you and a third party application provider may be subject to their product terms of use or their privacy policy.

We reserve the right to revoke or suspend your access to WORLD ASSET REGISTER at any time upon written notice to you, if:

  • you are removed as an Authorised User;
  • you breach the terms of this Agreement;
  • it is necessary for system maintenance or for security reasons; or
  • the ongoing operation of WORLD ASSET REGISTER is rendered substantially unworkable or non-functional.

4. Platform Availability

We may do emergency repairs or maintenance to WORLD ASSET REGISTER without notifying you if it is business critical, outside of our reasonable control or necessary to protect the integrity or security of the site or your data.

We are not responsible for any compromise of data transmitted using networks or facilities which are not owned or operated by us.

5. Your Obligations

You will be given unique login credentials. You must keep your username and password secure and confidential. You must not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect that your login credentials have been compromised, immediately reset your password. We may suspend or remove your access if we determine that your login credentials have been used by more than one individual.

You need internet access to use WORLD ASSET REGISTER. You are responsible for ensuring you have internet access and use browser versions that are compatible with WORLD ASSET REGISTER.

You may not use WORLD ASSET REGISTER for unlawful or prohibited activities. Specifically, you must not:

  • use WORLD ASSET REGISTER in a manner that contravenes any applicable law or breaches a third party's legal rights;
  • interfere with the operation of WORLD ASSET REGISTER;
  • sell, commercialise, lease, loan, or otherwise distribute WORLD ASSET REGISTER to third parties;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code, formulae, or processes in respect of the software behind WORLD ASSET REGISTER;
  • copy, reproduce, alter, modify, or create derivative works from WORLD ASSET REGISTER;
  • use WORLD ASSET REGISTER in any way that is harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
  • upload any material (including pdf and jpg files) into WORLD ASSET REGISTER that:
    • contains Personal Information without the individual's consent; or
    • infringes on the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party;
  • introduce or permit the introduction into WORLD ASSET REGISTER of any software viruses, malware or other malicious computer codes, files, or programs that corrupt, interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of WORLD ASSET REGISTER;
  • use WORLD ASSET REGISTER to send "spam" or otherwise make available any offering in breach of these terms; or
  • remove, modify, or tamper with any copyright, acknowledgment, attribution, trademark, warning, disclaimer, regulatory or legal notice, or link that is incorporated into WORLD ASSET REGISTER.

You must comply with all applicable laws, including privacy laws, while using WORLD ASSET REGISTER.

You must use WORLD ASSET REGISTER in accordance with any documentation or reasonable instructions we give you.

You must comply with all reasonable security requirements in connection with your use of WORLD ASSET REGISTER, including any specific requirements we notify you of, and those security requirements listed at https://WorldAssetRegister.com.

You are responsible for verifying and maintaining the accuracy and completeness of any data that you input into WORLD ASSET REGISTER. You must obtain all necessary consents from individuals, as required by applicable privacy laws, for any personal information you input into WORLD ASSET REGISTER.

6. General

This Agreement is with WORLD ASSET REGISTER Pty Ltd and is governed by the laws in force in the state of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified above.

We may change the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We will give you at least 30 days' notice if the changes are significant or likely to have a detrimental impact on you. This notice may be sent via in-product messaging. Continued use of WORLD ASSET REGISTER after you have been notified of changes, constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
